Your Mindset Impacts Your Performance
Recently I got this tweet from Brian Tracy and I enjoyed it for three reasons.
First, Brian Tracy is one of my mentors in life and business. I enjoyed learning about business and personal growth for Brian and his organization – Brian Tracy International (which was known as Productivity & Profit Improvement Associates during the majority of the time I was actively engaged with this group.). From Brian I learned the importance of reading and the importance of launching on your ideas. He is still a friend and a mentor today.
Second, the quote from Frank Lloyd Wright shows the wisdom which was formulated from the Great Thinkers of the past. Other wisdom leaders and thinkers from the past include Emerson, Norman Vincent Peale, Peter Drucker ( the greatest Management Consultant ever in my mind.), Goethe, Dale Carnegie, and Napoleon Hill. There are numerous other great thinkers and philosophers – if you have a favorite just comment below and add to the list.
Third, and probably the coolest thing to share is the fact my partner – Robin – has been using a process to help people change their self-limiting beliefs so they can achieve at a higher level. She has also helped many people with medical disorders to find a new way of thinking about the issue and thereby assisting in the healing or coping process.
The people she has helped is a growing list. She started on the personal side, working with people who wanted new or different results and outcomes – yet, they were stuck in a revolving door of continuing isses. After she helped them to free their minds of the self-limiting beliefs they were able to improve or grow as an individual.
The originator of the process she uses, asked Robin to take this technology and process and adapt it for working in the world of business. She has created the process and the progressive organizations are using it around the world.
Those of us in business today know that the business world has changed dramatically since 2008-2009 and the great recession. This great recession was not limited to a country or region – it was global. Due to the dramatic change needs, the best leaders recognized the “status quo” or “keep on doing the same thing” was outdated and creating new problems for their organizations.
The key to making any large scale change successful is overcoming the negative belief structures of the employees who are charged with executing your new direction. Thus, Robin’s Essentials for Success™ is currently helping organizations “restructure beliefs” as well as organizations. Think of it as an insurance policy for your successful implementation of changes in your organization.
Change is good when it is self-directed relative to the process and behaviors – which are controlled by the cumulative beliefs of the people. Bruce Lipton, a noted and international known Biological Scientist as proven the relationship between between our Beliefs and Superior Performance (including health).
To learn more about Robin’s offerings and the Science behind how it works – go to InnerActiveBeliefs.com for personal focus and/or InnerActiveMindset.com for the business focus. By the way, did I mention I have attended her classes? She is acclaimed as one the best facilitators people have ever known. Invest in your future and work with Robin to take control of your life and your mindset.
