When trust and admiration are in place, it is natural for others to want to follow a person or business. This is a natural form of branding. Successful leaders have the skill of “influence” and use it in helpful ways to build winning departments, divisions, companies, and even communities. Influential leaders have buy-in from key players without demonstrative and demanding tactics. People simply want to follow them.
