Poise of Mind
Poise: noun
1. composure or dignity of manner
2. physical balance or assurance in movement or bearing
3. the state of being balanced or stable; equilibrium; stability
Poise of mind. Sounds similar to peace of mind, but so much more, well… poised. Life can throw come really fast curve balls our way sometimes. With “poise of mind” we have the balance to take the bumps in the road.
Most of us have some degree of wisdom and hard work. But without poise and inner harmony, we are subject to suffer from the hard knocks when the curve balls come toward us.
Make 2011 the year you decide to have more “poise of mind.”
