Does your hiring system really work for you is a great question. You need to look into the answer.

So what is a hiring system supposed to do for you?

Here is a short list of things your hiring system should do for you…

In our most popular personal development and leadership development process - the Phoenix Seminar – research studies have shown that we are all capable of genius level activities. The difficult part is getting any person to belief they are capable of genius level work. Most are non believers and fulfill their personal expectations of non-genius here!

It is a shame people lack the ability to hold their heads up and state with clarity and conviction – I am a Genius. Well, maybe they will say – due to peer pressure in a workshop or work environment – yet, their belief system says – no way! If these is your belief go check out the research on Robin’s InnerActive Beliefs website. The information is there for you and – You are a Genius.

There seems to be a lot of chatter about wisdom these days. There are discussions about the lack of wisdom and discussions about the over use of “wisdom” sources. All interesting discussions and related to our services which help people get to higher levels. We encourage people to increase their personal wisdom and use it in their decision making processes.

Other work-related causes of burnout are:

Burnout can affect any one of us during any point in our lives.  By knowing the signs and symptoms of burnout, as well as the how and why of its visits, we can possibly reduce the likelihood of its ravages or perhaps even prevent the visits altogether.
